General Terms and Conditions of Usage of Services

The present Terms and Conditions regulate the legal relations between City Tour LTD, Sofia, owner of www.smartguide.bg and an unlimited number of users who use the service for the provision of audio tours for some sites in Bulgaria. The use and disclosure of the service described in this document may be done in the office of the company, located in Sofia 1407, 7 Atanas Dukov Str., As well as via the website www.smartguide.bg

Prior to booking an audio through the website, customers should review and familiarize themselves with these General Terms. By booking the audio package the client agrees to these General Terms and is committed to complying with them.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms and expressions have the following meanings:

1. Booking Terms
2. By submitting an electronic statement (by making an online booking) it is considered that the User has signed a contract with the Administrator. The user declares that he/she is familiar with these Terms and Conditions.
3. The booking form contains the following particulars or a part thereof:

(a) the user's name and surname;

(b) a valid email;

3. The user is obliged to pay the price of the Service in the moment of online buying. Once the payment is made, it is considered final and 100% non-refundable, since it guarantees direct access to the corresponding product.
4. In order to receive the Audio, agrees with the Administrator's Terms of Service.

4.1. The collected information in electronic form is stored temporarily in the computer systems of the Administrator and deleted within the working day - manually or automatically.

5. Upon successful booking, you receive the audio Link on your email. You need to follow this link to open and install the Smart Guide app and listen to your order.
6. In order to receive an invoice for the purchase, the concerned person should notify the webmaster of office@smartguide.bg in writing and provide all necessary information. In this case the invoice can be obtained at the address of management of SmartGuide.bg.
7. Prices and terms of payment

2.1. Payment on the website is via the PayPal system or through the Borika system.

2.2. The prices of the Audio packages are published on the web pages www.smartguide.bg and are valid at the time of payment.

2.3. For certain sights SmartGuide may set different prices, promotional, which are advertised in a visible place on www.smartguide.bg.

2.4. The price of the audio is within 24 hours of the time it was bought.

2.5. Rates are inclusive of value-added tax.

The Administrator has the right to keep some of the information of the User in compliance with the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria and the obligations assigned to him by observing the regulations for the performance of his activity.

The administrator periodically deletes the personal data information in his database. To delete the provided personal data, the administrator has physical devices on its sites, which destroy the information that is collected on paper.

Normally, your data will be deleted immediately, at the latest 30 days after you exercise this right as a data subject. If deletion is contrary to legal, contractual, criminal or commercial legal obligations for storage or other legitimate reasons, partial conservation may be possible.

5.9. All disputes between the parties shall be settled by the courts of the Republic of Bulgaria.
