For tours purchased via our website or from our partners TripAdvisor/Viator/GetYourGuide/AirBnB/Veltra and other websites, follow the steps below to correctly download the SmartGuide app and redeem your tours.
- Visit the website https://www.smartguide.bg/
- Choose a full tour package, theme package or single tourism landmark audio
- Select the language of the audio you want to purchase
- Then add it to your cart.
- When you are done adding different audio tours, go to the cart in the menu at top of page.
- Type your promo code in the text box and click Apply code button. If the code is active, you can continue to the next step by clicking the Order button.
- In this next step you should type in your name and email and click Order.
- In the final screen you will seen order confirmation message and the link for opening the Smart Guide Application.
Yes! We can’t stress this enough. Make sure you download the tour before you go (preferably at your hotel). You don’t want to get on the road only to have a poor data connection and no access to the tour or offline map. If you download the tour before you go everything will work offline. While you’re downloading the tour make sure you leave the app open.

You can listen to your audio tours as many times as you wish within 24 hours of the purchase.
The audio tours can be played without an Internet connection, but they should be downloaded in advance. So make sure you download your purchased packages while you have an Internet connection.
All mobile devices that include a GPS chip, and meet the minimum operating system requirements.
Due to the 24-hour life of the audio tours, we recommend that you purchase them the evening before your day tour.
